Today I going to share with you,best hair mask for healthy and long hair.Today we will use all the natural ingredients which will help you hair to become silky,straight, shiny

1.Curd mask:
First mask for today is Curd mask.
Ingredients:Curd, Aloe vera , Lemon, Vitamin E capsule.

Procedure:
1.Take Aloe vera gel 
2.Add curd to it 
3.Add three capsule of vitamin E to it 
4.Add lemon water to it.
5.Grind them well.
6.Apply it on your hair from scalp till tips of your hair.
7.Leave it on your hair till it dries completely.
  
*Take amount of above ingredients according to our hair length.

2.Banana Mask:

Ingredients:Banana,Coconut oil, Olive oil,Honey.

Blend two bananas
Add 1 tbsp honey
Add 1 tbsp coconut oil
Add 1 tbsp olive oil
Mix it well
Leave it on for 15 minutes 
Use once a week

UPSC FOR YOUNG ASPIRANTS

INFORMATION ABOUT UPSC FOR YOU

Most of you might have heard someone either your sibling or your classmate saying that I want to give UPSC or I want to become IAS officers. But we don't  know what actually UPSC is ?
Who is eligible for it? What is the difference between CSE and UPSC?
Today I will answer all your queries and doubts.

1.The Union Public Service Commission, commonly abbreviated as UPSC, is India's premier central recruiting agency. It is responsible for appointments to and examinations for All India services and group A & group B of Central services. While Department of Personnel and Training is the central personnel agency in India.
So,Now we understood the difference between UPSC and CSE.
UPSC is the body which conducts exam 
 CSE is the exam  conducts by UPSC.

How CSE is conducted?
CSE is conducted in three stages.
1.Preliminary exam [prelims]
2.Mains exam
3.Personality test [Interview]

1.PRELIMS:

Prelims is the first stage of your selection process.
Prelims has two paper. Both of them have multi choice questions.

Paper 1 [General studies paper]:
It has 80 question. 1 questions carries 2.5 marks.
Total marks=200
Syllabus:
  • Current events of national and international importance.
  • History of India and Indian National Movement.
  • Indian and World Geography-Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World.
  • Indian Polity and Governance – Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.
  • Economic and Social Development – Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.
  • General issues on Environmental Ecology, Biodiversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialisation.
  • General Science.
*Marks of prelims won't  contribute to your final score and rank.

*They are just for qualification for mains exam.

Paper 2 [CSAT]:

CSAT stands for Civil Service Aptitude Test.

It is a qualifying paper, you have to score atleast 33% in this paper.

It will have 100 questions and 200 marks in total.

Syllabus:             

  • Interpersonal skills including communication skills.
  • Logical reasoning and analytical ability
  • Decision-making and problem solving
  • General mental ability
  • Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. – Class X level)
  • Comprehension
Now it's time for Mains exam.

Mains:

Mains is the second stage of your selection process.It has Nine papers.Each paper is subjective type[descriptive].

Although both these papers are only qualifying in nature, candidates should not be complacent as if they fail to score below 25% in either of them, their remaining answer sheets won’t even be evaluated. Both the papers follow a similar pattern of questions as given below.
  • One essay question for 100 marks – candidates have to select one out of a few given topics
  • Reading comprehension and related five-six questions for a total of 60 marks
  • Precis writing for 60 marks – the answer sheet will have a separate grid structure where this has to be written
  • Translation from English to chosen language for 20 marks
  • Translation from chosen language to English for 20 marks
  • Grammar and basic language usage such as synonyms, sentence correction etc. for a total of 40 marks
Paper 1[English compulsory ]:
Total marks:300
It is qualifying paper.
You have to score atleast 25% [75 marks].

Paper 2 [Schedule language]:
You have to choose any one language mentioned in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.
It is also qualifying paper.

*Although both these papers are only qualifying in nature, candidates should not be complacent as if they fail to score below 25% in either of them, their remaining answer sheets won’t even be evaluated. 

3.Essay:

Generally, you are given 8 topics from which you have to write an essay on 2 topics.
Each essay has 125 marks.
You have to write 1500-2000 words in each essay.
Total marks:250.
General Studies -1:
Word limit:150-250 words.*
Total questions:20*
Total marks:250*
Syallbus:*


*same for GS1,GS2,GS3,GS4 paper.

Optional papers:
UPSC has given a list of optional subjects.
You have any one from them.
There would be two papers on optional subject.
Each of 250 marks.

    24. Literature of anyone the following language: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, English.
    25. Agriculture
    26. Animal husbandry and Veterinary Science

    GS 1+ GS 2+ GS 3+ GS 4=1000 marks.
             Optional paper 1+2 =500 marks
                                   Essay =250 marks
                                      Total=1750 marks.

    Interview:
    It is the third and final stage of selection process.
    This is personality test, they don't see whether you are dark,fair,tall,short.
    But they see your mentality, thoughts.
    Total marks:275


    Grand total: 1750+275 =2025
